Administrator – Property & Estates Division

Central  London

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 p.a. + benefits

Our client is a highly successful company involved in all aspects of probate.  They are looking for an administrator with some experience working within Property / Estate Agency / Real Estate that is degree educated and has strong admin / secretarial skills together with a full clean driving licence (you may be asked to take the company car to do property visits at a moment’s notice that will require a short drive to).

Your main duties will involve:-

  • Producing spreadsheets and reports requiring a high degree of accuracy
  • Administering property insurance figures.
  • Reconciling information with the company’s insurance provider.
  • Taking new property instructions.
  • Liaising with Solicitors and Estate Agents.
  • Taking items to the post office.
  • Getting property keys cut.
  • Adding properties to Zoopla.
  • Arranging viewings and making property visits.
  • Supervising property clearances.
  • Photographing valuables.
  • Other administrative duties.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Full clean driving license.
  • Educated to Degree level.
  • At least 4 years admin experience.
  • Some property industry experience.
  • Good knowledge of Excel – Intermediate to Advanced.
  • Commercially minded.
  • Very organized.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Not easily fazed, as some of the properties are not in a good state.

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 p.a.
