Administrator – Property & Estates Division

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 p.a. + benefits
Our client is a highly successful company involved in all aspects of probate. They are looking for an administrator with some experience working within Property / Estate Agency / Real Estate that is degree educated and has strong admin / secretarial skills together with a full clean driving licence (you may be asked to take the company car to do property visits at a moment’s notice that will require a short drive to).
Your main duties will involve:-
- Producing spreadsheets and reports requiring a high degree of accuracy
- Administering property insurance figures.
- Reconciling information with the company’s insurance provider.
- Taking new property instructions.
- Liaising with Solicitors and Estate Agents.
- Taking items to the post office.
- Getting property keys cut.
- Adding properties to Zoopla.
- Arranging viewings and making property visits.
- Supervising property clearances.
- Photographing valuables.
- Other administrative duties.
Skills and Experience required:
- Full clean driving license.
- Educated to Degree level.
- At least 4 years admin experience.
- Some property industry experience.
- Good knowledge of Excel – Intermediate to Advanced.
- Commercially minded.
- Very organized.
- Calm under pressure.
- Not easily fazed, as some of the properties are not in a good state.
