Highly successful, award winning eCommerce company based in Borehamwood requires an experienced Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Search/PPC) to join the Performance Marketing team.

As Performance Marketing Executive you will assist in planning and executing key areas of performance marketing activity, hence achieving agreed targets.

Responsibilities:-

  • Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager on the day-to-day paid social and display channel management.
  • Assisting with tracking set up, feed management, and any necessary tech and creative requirements for remarketing and prospecting activities.
  • Identify account optimisation and growth opportunities.
  • Execute, test, collect and analyse data and deliver insights to the wider team.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to develop testing strategies for expanding audiences, finding new traffic sources and new creatives (including, but not limited to design and copy tests).
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in design, brand, content, CRM and ecommerce to ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing and brand strategies.
  • Stay up to date on the latest performance marketing trends and best practices and be able to apply them to Smartbox goals.
  • This role will suit a technical and analytically minded person with a passion for all things digital. 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years performance marketing (PPC) experience agency or client side.
  • Proven track record of successfully executed Paid Social and Display marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in the use of Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Highly numerate with strong Excel skills, and ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  • Have experience of tracking / reporting dashboards, e.g. Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to analyse account performance against targets and provide intelligent insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as stakeholder management.
  • Possess a can-do attitude and demonstrate creativity and ability to come up with innovative and original solutions.
  • A bias to action and a strong desire to make an impact.
  • Proactive, hard worker with lots of initiative.
  • Team player with the ability and interest in supporting the wider team. 

Salary: £25,000 p.a.
