Location:  London  EC2

Basic £40,000 to £50,000 p.a. (depending on experience) – On Target Commission between £24,000 and £29,000 p.a.

Experience SaaS Account Manager required for this global insights and analytics company with over 8,000 staff in 40 countries worldwide.  You will be responsible for managing an existing client base to ensure client retention and upsell new products and services as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client relationships within the German and UK market to ensure client retention.
  • Upsell new products and services when possible.
  • Provide monthly forecast figures to your Line Manager.
  • Using Salesforce.
  • Persistently developing company product and services knowledge to benefit your client base.
  • Understand competitor products and services to understand the positioning of the company within their market.
  • Undertake webinars and video meetings with clients to present / demonstrate new products and services and to discuss their ongoing needs.
  • Providing quotes.


  • Fluent German and English speaker.
  • Previous Account Management experience within Software as a Services (SaaS).
  • Previously focused on client retention.
  • Initiative and ability to generate ideas on how to generate new business within your client base.
  • Persistent and motivated to overachieve against target
  • Ability to present and demonstrate software as a service.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Team orientated but also able to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Experience in Intellectual Property desirable but not essential.

Salary: Basic £40K to £50K + £24K to £29K commission - Package c£64,000 to £79,000 p.a.
