Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience) + benefits

Our client is a highly successful, well established organisation within over 20 year’s expertise within their field (listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM).  They are looking for a digital marketing executive with a focus on social media with a focus on customer acquisition, although you will also be involved in PPC and Promotion campaigns.  The company’s marketing team make up roughly half the company workforce and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of this exciting, unique business.

A large part of your remit will be assisting in the management of campaigns across social media channels, in particular Facebook and YouTube, at the moment they are running between 80-90 Facebook campaigns per week and 10-20 YouTube campaigns alongside influencer marketing. You’ll work closely with the Head of Acquisition and the Designer to drive traffic to the website, devising creative marketing messages to encourage new customers and trade. You will also play an active role in customer engagement across the company’s other social channels, Instagram and Twitter.   The role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including Influencer Marketing, as well as more traditional routes to market.

You will be ROI-focused with the ability to analyze campaigns and report your results to the team in weekly meetings. You’ll also help with events, promotional activity and video, as well as the website’s content management system.

You will be a skilful individual who takes pride in their approach to work and is organized, literate, reliable and resourceful with a solid grounding in marketing, gained from relevant work experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Educated to Degree level
  • Experience of managing social media channels
  • A good level of experience creating acquisition campaigns
  • Basic Photoshop skills
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or a similar analytics tool
  • Experience of campaign reporting and analysis
