Partnership Marketing Manager – 1 year fixed term contract

Salary: £40,000 p.a. – £45,000p.a + excellent benefits

Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire


Highly successful, award winning eCommerce company based in Borehamwood requires a Partner Marketing Manager to execute a data-led Partnerships’ Marketing strategy for the company focusing on brand marketing partnerships. You will work with teams across the business and will become an ambassador of the partnerships team, its strategy and goals through execution of exciting promotions and projects aligned to our wider marketing objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing and developing new relationships with brand partners to increase exposure of the company and its services/products.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and outgoing with a natural flare for cultivating relationships, whilst also possessing the tenacity needed to negotiate and close deals. As Partnerships Manager, you will be able to work autonomously in a fast growing environment, managing your own partner pipeline and prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the partnership programme, bring in new leads and support the delivery of agreed partner activity across the full marketing mix
  • Identify and build a list of key brand partners and areas for growth, aligned with our company goals and values
  • Approach existing partnerships innovatively and take them to the next level
  • Maximise each partnership opportunity by developing multi-year sustainable partnerships
  • Manage revenue, budget targets and KPIs around CRM database growth, brand awareness and reach, new customer generation etc.
  • Work with different stakeholders across the business to deliver partnerships to the highest standard
  • Deliver weekly progress updates, monthly reports and highlight your achievements in marketing meetings
  • Create and implement new strategies, tools and processes that demonstrate an effective rate of return on partnership investment thereby supporting the growth and renewal of current partnerships
  • Build the clients presence and be a champion for the brand

Requirements

  • Experience in developing mutually-beneficial partner B2C marketing campaigns and activities across multiple audiences, markets, channels and media, with demonstrable results.
  • Demonstrate outstanding negotiation skills. 
  • Track record of delivering best-in-class partner marketing campaigns which inspire and engage consumer audiences.
  • A natural communicator, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Self-motivated and driven attitude with a tenacious side to influence, negotiate and close deals!
  • Highly competent in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
  • Be a fun and contributing team member.
  • Test & learn way of thinking, analytical skills mind-set.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills and initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver on time, highly organised.
  • Pro-active self-direction with a high level of initiative and persistence.

The company offers a flexible/hybrid working model, working at 40% / 2 days in the office and the rest of the days remotely.

Salary: £45,000 p.a.
