Sales Enablement Manager

Location: London

Salary:  £58,000 p.a.

Our client is a global research and insights company who is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to undertake a strategic role with a strong focus on execution. You engage and work together with the sales team as well as the marketing team, to own the implementation and management of sales enablement programs for the company’s Risk Management Solutions, which includes brands such as Embase, PharmaPendium and QUOSA

You will partner with the sales enablement capabilities team responsible for setting frameworks, standardizing processes across the company’s research businesses, managing the technology infrastructure, and measuring and reporting the impact of sales enablement activities, such as sales collateral framework, sales training and marketing to sales communication.

You will also closely align and provide feedback to a central Learning and Performance (L&P) team, responsible for sales training and other sales development programs.

In addition, you will own the development and execution of other sales facing programs by innovating and iterating on new approaches, collecting feedback from sales and customers, and measuring the impact of sales programs executed.

You develop and nurture close strategic relationships with field sales and global marketing teams. The ultimate goal of this role is maximizing commercial outcomes (new sales and renewals) for our products, platforms and data solutions to our corporate customer segment via the sales channel.

Skills Required

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales training, sales facing roles or sales experience
  • Strong scientific background with degree, ideally Masters in Biology, Chemistry or another scientific field
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills and a natural relationship builder
  • Strong analytical skillset and able to make data driven decisions
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience with Sales Enablement Systems such as. Highspot, Salesforce, Brainshark, etc.;

Salary: £58,000 p.a.
