Salary:   £38,000 p.a. + benefits.

Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

Highly successful ecommerce company with a turnover of c£500 million requires an experienced Affiliate Marketing individual to support the Affiliate Marketing Manager and team to execute a best-in-class, data-led Partnerships Marketing strategy for the company. You will be supporting the Affiliate Manager in the implementation and execution of UK’s affiliate campaigns. Co-ordinating day to day campaign activities, reporting and making sure that affiliates are informed of all seasonal and promotional campaigns. The successful candidate will be ambitious and outgoing with a natural flare for cultivating relationships, whilst also possessing the tenacity needed to negotiate and close deals. As Senior Affiliate Executive, you will be able to work autonomously in a fast growing environment, managing your own partner pipeline and prospects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with the affiliate partners
  • Help grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity
  • Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners
  • Deliver weekly progress, commission cost and activity reports
  • Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in managing the affiliate campaigns and budget
  • Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to deploy and optimise campaigns through the affiliate marketing channel
  • Keep affiliates up to date with the new products, latest company news and promotions
  • Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to forecast ROI and activity for all affiliates
  • Source new affiliate to help drive new customers and achieve channel goals
  • Communicate industry trends to the Affiliate Team and the rest of the Marketing team


  • At least two years of experience within the affiliates industry
  • Experience in developing mutually beneficial partner B2C marketing campaigns and activities across multiple audiences, markets, channels and media, with demonstrable results.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programmes
  • Good working knowledge of major analytics programmes
  • Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape and acquisition channels would be an advantage
  • Has a keen interest in data, analytical and confident with analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and using this insight to optimise future performance.
  • Strong communication skills – including reporting, presenting, and training junior members as needed
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills
  • Has a curiosity to learn and to develop skills further
  • Self-motivated and driven attitude with a tenacious side to influence, negotiate and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and set your own targets as well as part of a team
  • Pro-active, ambitious and emotionally intelligent, a strong team player.
  • Organised and can manage multiple clients and projects and prioritise accordingly to deliver on time and on target.

The company offers a flexible/hybrid working model, working at 40% / 2 days in the office and the rest of the days remotely.

Salary: £38,000 p.a.
