Salary:  £50,000 p.a.

Location:  Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

Senior Category Account Manager required for this highly successful eCommerce business.  You will work with clients in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, spas etc) and be responsible for a high level of service, drive business through identifying new product opportunities, cross selling and upselling.

You must have experience of managing clients within hospitality and have the ability to lead two Account Managers to achieve personal and team KPIs though client management, negotiating, sales and relationship management.

Main Duties:-

  • Meet/exceed KPI & Sales targets both for engagement, new product development and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of large and VIP clients
  • Deliver on annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relations with our partners to ensure a high degree of partner satisfaction
  • Manage two Account Managers ensuring KPI’s are achieved
  • Deliver on KPI’s for onboarding of inventory
  • Working with external and internal technical stakeholders to create and deliver an ambitious integration roadmap
  • Deliver strategy and tactics to reduce partner and product churn
  • Secure best in market exclusive offers from partners
  • Use professional negotiation skills to deliver improved margins from within your allocated client base
  • Proactively monitor the trading performance of allocated accounts and identify and deliver product opportunities to deliver year on year growth
  • Use the established Salesforce system to ensure accurate records are kept
  • Assist the Head of Partner Management where required in the delivery of business projects 


  • 5 years account management experience, some of which must be working with hospitality clients.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with leading industry booking platforms and hotel channel managers
  • A minimum of 3 years plus people management experience is essential.
  • You have a logical, analytical approach to numbers, can quickly identify insights and their resulting actions necessary to make a difference
  • You are a good negotiator, able to develop strong partnerships and deliver excellent commercial outcomes
  • You have extensive experience of managing large business accounts and are comfortable with meeting and presenting at senior level
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with clear deadlines and targets for you and team
  • Experience in Salesforce is highly desirable.
