Business Process Analyst

£45,000 to £50,000 p.a. + excellent benefits.

Location:  Hybrid London

Our client is an award-winning global company that is looking for a Business Process Analyst to work with business units to support projects that deliver services and solutions. You will take ownership of gathering and analysing data to define current processes and requirements. You will research best practices to identify and document process improvements and functional specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing, defining and documenting requirements and business processes to create functional user documentation
  • Eliciting business requirements to translate them into user stories and functional specifications
  • Analysing datasets to develop data specifications, process flow and conversion strategies, plus inform and shape business requirements
  • Performing analysis on existing systems to identify and document improvements and potential solutions
  • Drive initiatives that significantly improve our efficiency and insight
  • Contributing to the successful development of new tools, processes and solutions to ensure product needs meet quality standards
  • Collaborating with remote cross-functional technical and operational teams and our global business to ensure requirements are being delivered successfully

Requirements

  • Previous Business Process analysis experience
  • Experience identifying and delivering improvements
  • Knowledge of conceptual data modelling, data flows, analysis and processing
  • Hands-on experience of reporting tools
  • Experience with utilization of process visualization tools, such as Visio and Miro
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, tools, and languages
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrate solid IT research, software analysis and design skills
  • Experience in gathering and documenting processes and business requirements and translating them into user stories and functional specifications
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
  • Able to coordinate business user acceptance testing and facilitate workshops

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 p.a.
