Our team of consultants will work together on your individual roles to find you the most suitable candidate for your vacancy.
Fee – 12% of annual salary
If there are more than 1 recruit for the same remit then each placement fee will be reduced by 2% following the first recruit, with the lowest fee being 6% of salary (placement 4 and above).
3 month refund period.
Executive Search / Headhunting
You will receive a dedicated Senior Consultant who will use tried and tested headhunting exercises to source key Management and Senior Executive talent to match your job and industry requirements.
15% of annual salary, to include a £2,000 retainer fee.
6 month refund period.
Talent Acquisition/Management
We provide an outsourced talent management service, whereby we work confidentially, under your company profile to source candidates as an in-house Talent management individual would, without the ongoing cost of hiring:
Talent Manager £200 per day
Senior Talent Manager £300 per day
Our consultants will work remotely unless agreed otherwise. Additional costs will be incurred for individuals to work on site. All contact with potential talent is guaranteed to be purely in the name of the client and not the agency. The client will have full ownership of any candidates applying for roles whilst I consultants are representing you.
